Turkey welcomes Chinese enterprises to invest in the country and welcomes more Chinese tourists to visit Turkey, so as to achieve more balanced development in cooperation in various fields. Turkey understands China’s concerns in combating extreme terrorism. It will adhere to the one‑China principle, honor its commitments to China, and will never allow the use of Turkish territory to engage in activities endangering China’s security.

The two sides also exchanged views on international and regional hotspot issues including the current situation in the Middle East and the Ukraine crisis.
